Absolute lifesavers! I ran over some tire tread in the road and it knocked something loose under the car. They were nearby so I went in to ask for help. The shop did a great job servicing my Subaru Outback. What really stood out to me was their honesty. They gave me recommendations for some maintenance items but explained that they weren’t necessary right now and could wait until my next oil change. That showed me they are honest and not just trying to sell services based on mileage or what the maintenance schedule says. They actually inspected the vehicle and showed me pictures and videos of their findings, so I could see exactly what needed attention and what could wait. It’s nice to find a shop that recommends repairs based on the actual condition of the vehicle instead of just going by the book. Great service, honest recommendations, and very transparent. Highly recommended!

Recently purchased a 2018 Honda Ridgeline. Soon realized I needed some service because of suspension noises and other noises.the team at HC Auto listened to me and tear drove the car and had me bring it back for a complete diagnosis . They found several issues that I wasn’t aware of. All were corrected in a prompt manner and at a very reasonable cost. I recommend HC Auto to all my friends and family.
